What can I experience more fully?

“When I consider this question, my first thought is ‘now’. I am constantly reminding myself to fully experience each moment. This is not easy for me. I am constantly considering dinner, tomorrow's schedule, the next payment due, my design work, etc. I remind myself with a deep centering breath, probably 300 times a day.” 🙏😜
